The Care Crew

Daniela Salinas, LMHC-QS – Clinical Director & Chief Clinician

Being bilingual and bicultural in Miami allows me to understand the dynamics of how we dance between our Latin roots and our American home. I am dedicated to providing high-quality, results-oriented support. This commitment led me to found Safe Space Center as a place where people feel understood and encouraged, with tailored guidance and an exceptional level of care. My style is active and practical; I emphasize recognizing and processing emotions while moving toward solutions through effective tools. I work to foster resilience, encourage growth, and guide clients toward progress aligned with their values and aspirations. My work is grounded on a strength-based perspective with a clear focus on meaningful, lasting change. My specialties include working with gifted children and high-achieving young adults who may appear confident yet struggle with performance anxiety, self-doubt, and the pressure to maintain high standards. I also support parents and co-parents as they navigate the rewards and challenges of raising their children. Alongside this work, I partner with parents and children to address academic, social, and behavioral concerns at school, including advocacy in IEP meetings when needed. My talented and thoughtful crew and I look forward to welcoming you to YOUR Safe Space. Talk soon on telehealth, wherever you are in Florida!

Oh yes, I offer quiet company while I snooze, keep a close eye on the internet to make sure it does not drop when you are online with one of my Safe Space humans, and remind everyone that progress starts with feeling safe and connected.
